At Atmosphere Supply, we hope that you are satisfied with your order. If you need to return an item, follow the below protocols.

• A 20% restocking fee will be charged on returns.
• The return request must be made within 7 working days from the invoice date or receiving product.
• If you receive a damaged or missing item, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging and packaging must be undamaged.
• Chemicals, equipment, and special orders are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility.

• Call Justin Byall @ 859-219-2200. Returns will not be accepted without authorization.
• Upon receiving authorization, a return shipping label will be emailed to you

• Once the items have been received and inspected, a refund will be issued.
• All refunds, once approved, will be credited back to original payment method within 14 days.
• Return shipping charges will be deducted from final credit refund.
